Open Settings > Billing for the active organization. Members can view billing; organization owners and admins can change subscriptions, buy credits, and configure auto-recharge.

Monthly plans

The current dashboard and pricing page show available purchase options. Listed prices are before applicable tax. A plan is an organization allowance, shared by all its keys. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of their period; the next confirmed period grants a new allowance. Purchased credits carry forward and do not expire. The renewal date shown in Billing is the relevant period boundary, which is separate from the calendar-month auto-recharge cap.

Subscribe or manage a subscription

  1. Open Plans, choose an available plan, and select Subscribe.
  2. Complete the payment checkout.
  3. Return to Billing and check the plan and credit balance after payment confirmation.
If an organization already has a subscription, use Manage subscription and invoices for plan changes, payment details, invoices, or cancellation. Complete an existing pending checkout before starting another. A redirect back from checkout alone does not confirm that payment succeeded. When cancellation is scheduled for the period end, the displayed period remains the reference for the current allowance. Check the subscription status and renewal date rather than assuming a cancellation action immediately removes all credits. A paid renewal must be confirmed before a new paid allowance is added.

Buy prepaid credits

Choose Buy credits, enter a USD amount, review the credit total and applicable tax, and complete checkout. The current purchase range is $5 to $1,000. The price per 1,000 credits depends on the organization’s current plan and is shown in the form. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Credit purchases shows manual and automatic purchases with their status. A failed purchase adds no credits. A purchase awaiting confirmation or review should be resolved before attempting another charge. If a purchase is refunded, its associated credits are removed. If those credits were already spent, Billing may show a credit debt. New credits cover that balance first. Contact support about a purchase or refund; the dashboard does not promise an automatic refund policy.

Configure auto-recharge

Auto-recharge buys prepaid credits when the available balance reaches the configured threshold.
  1. Choose Edit auto-recharge and enable it.
  2. Set a credit threshold, an amount per recharge, and a monthly USD cap.
  3. Keep the threshold below the number of credits one recharge adds, and the cap at least as large as one recharge.
  4. Save the settings. If prompted, choose Authorize auto-recharge and authorize a payment method.
Saving an enabled setting does not by itself authorize a payment method. Billing shows whether auto-recharge is available and how much is already committed. The cap counts automatic charges initiated in each UTC calendar month, including pending payments. It excludes tax, subscriptions, and manual purchases. Failed payments pause auto-recharge. Turning it off prevents new charges; a payment already submitted can still complete.

Available and reserved credits

Billing separates available credits from credits reserved for work in progress. A request reserves its price before execution, then charges or releases that reservation according to the result. Multiple keys can consume the same balance concurrently. An insufficient balance returns 402. A quote checks price without charging, but a later request still needs enough available credits. Read quote and credits for operation prices and usage and activity for individual charges.
