Team access belongs to an organization. Open Settings > Members after selecting the organization you want to manage.

Roles and permissions

The role choices shown in the dashboard are the roles available to your organization. A custom role’s member or profile permissions do not replace the owner or admin role required to manage API keys and billing. All organization keys share one credit balance. Inviting a person does not give them a separate credit allowance or reveal key secrets to them.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open Settings > Members and choose Invite member.
  2. Enter the teammate’s email address.
  3. Select an available role, then choose Send invitation.
  4. The teammate follows the email invitation and signs in or creates an account.
  5. After joining, they can select the organization in the dashboard switcher.
An invitation is pending access, not an active membership. The Invitations section lists pending invitations and their roles. Choose Revoke to make a pending invitation unusable. To change its role or email, revoke it and send a new invitation.

Change a member’s role

Open the member’s menu, choose a role, and confirm. Review the capabilities above before granting admin access, because admins can reveal organization secrets and change billing. The member menu cannot change your own role or remove your own membership. Ask another authorized teammate to manage your access. Available role changes remain subject to your organization’s permissions.

Remove a member

Choose Remove member in that member’s menu and confirm. They lose dashboard access to that organization. Their personal account and access to other organizations are separate. Organization API keys remain active after a member is removed. If that person had a secret, rotate or revoke the affected keys as well. Removing a member does not undo requests already executed or erase historical usage.

Troubleshoot access

If a teammate cannot find the organization, check whether they accepted the invitation with the intended account. If a member list or management action is unavailable, check the active organization and role. A role that can read usage may still be unable to reveal a key or run the Playground.
